What You'll Be Doing:
Lead initiatives to optimize the web experience for inbound visitors, focusing on improving user journeys and increasing lead conversions.
Ensure seamless web navigation, content accessibility, and SEO optimization to maximize the quality of inbound traffic.
Develop personalized web experience initiatives based on audience segmentation using tools like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Adobe Target.
Manage and monitor web performance dashboards to report to Group Manager on performance.
Manage A/B and multivariate testing using tools such as Adobe Target to continually optimize web performance and user experience.
Oversee the complete testing lifecycle, from data research, hypothesis creation through to execution and analysis, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Evaluate and prioritize web initiatives based on potential impact and alignment with business objectives, ensuring high-impact projects are always prioritized.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Analytics) to ensure alignment on priorities and smooth execution of web projects.
What You Bring to the Role:
2+ years of experience in a product management role focused on web or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment.
Strong experience managing and executing on a product roadmap of impactful web initiatives to support business growth.
Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and leading solutions.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving tangible business results.
Strong ability to interpret data and tell compelling stories through data visualization and analysis.
A self-starter who can operate autonomously, drive projects independently, and make proactive decisions.
Proven expertise with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing (Adobe Target, Optimizely), and web personalization.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), is preferred.
Product Management or related certification with a strong understanding of the product development process as it relates to web experience is a plus.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
