
- Research and identify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic locations.
- Use advanced internet research techniques to gather contact information, business insights, and trigger events for outreach.
- Initiate outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce the company’s tech solutions.
- Craft personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect based on their business needs and industry trends.
- Follow up consistently to nurture cold and warm leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track response rates, call volumes, meeting set rates, and other KPIs daily.
- Keep data clean, up-to-date, and aligned with sales and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales Executives, Marketing, and the SDR Team Lead to align outreach strategies.
