Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process efficiently, minimizing time-to-hire and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
- Conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring.
Skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruitment Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
