
Provide urology consultation to physicians or other health care professionals.• Evaluate the condition of patients and order appropriate diagnostic tests and exams.• Work in consultation with nephrologists to treat kidney patients.• Examine patients using equipment, such as radiograph (x-ray) machines and fluoroscopes and ultrasound, to determine the nature and extent of disorder or injury.• Order and interpret the results of diagnostic tests, such as prostate specific antigen (PSA) screening, to detect prostate cancer.• Prescribe or administer antibiotics, antiseptics, or compresses to treat infection or injury.• Prescribe medications to treat patients with different urologic conditions.• Treat diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs.• Diagnose and treat patients with different urologic conditions including but not limited to:
