Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- Developing and maintaining the department's Management Information System (MIS) dashboard.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the department as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring high-quality record-keeping.
- Managing departmental petty cash.
- Demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preparing payment requests (ROPs) with due diligence and liaising with the finance department to ensure timely resolution of queries or issues.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a minimum Intermediate degree in Commerce preferably).
- Have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a reputable institution.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to deal with customers effectively.
- Demonstrate advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to prepare departmental presentations.
