
RECEPTIONIST ADMIN – FEMALE ONLY.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
•Strong proficiency in PRO (Public Relations Officer) duties, including:
•Visa filing & renewals, Work permit renewals, Handling government-related documentation
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
•Experience in managing reception duties (answering calls, scheduling appointments, etc.)
•Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
•Ability to coordinate meetings and manage office calendars.
•Inventory management (ordering and maintaining office supplies)
•Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
•Basic bookkeeping skills for handling office expenses and maintaining financial records.
•Managing office documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 (depending on experience)
