Job Title: QA Engineer

What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software application testing.
- Execute manual and automated testing to ensure software quality meets specifications and requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with QA methodologies and practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in peer reviews of test cases and test plans.
- Generate and maintain test documentation.
How You Will Do It:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to enhance product quality.
- Utilize automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct regression testing as necessary to ensure that changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product functionality and assist in training others in QA processes.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
