
Responsibilities
•
Identifying the development need for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of Food for efficiency and profitability.
• Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
• Assist in representing the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and gap analysis.
• Assisting with project management at multiple stages, including the research, testing, and implementation of new systems and products.
• Analyzing market trends with respect to innovations and making recommendations about how to realize savings and make business process improvements.
• Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user training manuals and guides, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Provide support in conducting in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools such as project management software and traceability solutions.
• Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to see if they're still on track, and to ensure continuous improvement.
• Owning a problem and taking it to resolution by implementing best practices and coordinating with all stakeholders in a timely manner
Skills
Qualifications:
● Engineering or Operation Management along with relevant practice experience.
● Data management and category planning methods.
● Awareness of business and human impact on the environment.
● Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
● Minimum 3 -5 years of working experience.
