Product Manager - Authentication Product Lead/ 1 week ago

Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a cutting-edge authentication platform.


As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Digital product team, you will lead efforts to establish our target state, omni-channel authentication platform. You will be responsible for establishing the foundational platform and migrating legacy functionality across Digital, Call Center, and Branch channels. Your goal will be to establish functionality that can be leveraged across various customer experience use cases, supporting our customer-facing area products.


Job responsibilities


  • Partner with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap.
  • Define and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member.
  • Act as voice of the customer and drive product vision.
  • Manage existing product features and actively lead the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.
  • Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and align solutions to product vision and roadmap.
  • Act as subject matter expert with respect to Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications/capabilities.
  • Support feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research, and other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • 7+ years of product delivery experience in Digital.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.).
  • Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks with Auth Product APG’s and external Products.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Agile/Scrum certifications a plus.
  • Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams.
