Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, and other financial solutions.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial systems.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the systems are up-to-date and meet business requirements.
- Provide support and training to finance and accounting teams on the use of financial systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial systems.
- Lead and manage financial system projects, including system implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to support system implementation and maintenance activities.
- Analyze and evaluate financial system processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA, ITIL) is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing financial systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, Treasury, consolidation...
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Accounting qualification would be preferred.
- Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other financial solutions and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and technologies.
