
- Plan, launch, and manage marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Write and distribute press releases, build media relationships, secure media coverage, and handle PR crises when necessary.
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, press releases, email newsletters, website pages, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, monitor engagement, and manage posting schedules across relevant platforms.
- Organize promotional events, press conferences, or product launches and ensure media coverage and audience turnout.
- Ensure all external communications and visuals align with the company’s branding guidelines and voice.
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to increase media exposure and positive brand mentions.
- Collaborate with designers or agencies to create brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategy.
- Track and analyze marketing and PR campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and media monitoring platforms.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing and/or public relations.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in media relations and/or an established media network is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media schedulers).
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
