- Assist with general administrative tasks, including making calls to clients, police forces and doctors' surgeries.
- Work closely with legal file handlers and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely processing of submissions and ongoing cases.
- Conduct detailed reviews of client-provided information to ensure alignment with specific legal requirements and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed submissions and associated correspondence.
