
- Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.
- Ensuring tenant understanding and implementation of all lease terms and conditions through negotiation.
- Achieving conversion of inquiries into executed deals through skillful negotiation.
- Persuading tenants to implement all terms and conditions in the lease template through negotiation.
- Looks after all Ejar leases for the Office Buildings, Housing Compounds, Warehouses for Third Party/In-house tenants in EP.
- Attends to all housing/office enquiries during office hours as well as after office hours, especially in the evening/night hours and respond to their email request by furnishing the relevant details for leasing the premises, in consultation with the Property Manager-EP.
- Obtain all the relevant leasing documents from third parties for leasing of premises. Coordinating with accounts department for relevant information and documents.
- Processing the Ejar Contracts, filling relevant template forms with all the relevant details of the Third-Party tenants and submitting it in the Ejar Portal for both parties’ approval.
- Renewal of Electronic Contracts (Housing & Office) from the Tracking List, followup with Real Estate Agents for renewal maintaining the terms and conditions.
- Evaluation of Kanoo Owned Properties is to be done every year by obtaining quotes to ascertain the market rates.
- Looks after Internal Leases for In-house tenants, every year for which signature are to be obtained from the respective Division Manager on the leases.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or any other discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing properties
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English language.
- Nationals will be preferred
- Considerate of outgoing tenants.
- Skillful tenant signing with a focus on quick and lawful
- Lease agreement writing, interpretation, and assessment expertise.
