Job Role

The job holder is responsible to undertake efforts to sell vehicles to key fleet-customers to ensure the achievement of the sales targets set by the Sales management., developing relationships, coordinating sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs.

Description

Sales

  • Maintains harmonious relationships with key clients and attends to their needs/enquiries in a timely and polite manner.
  • Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.
  • Identifies and exploits new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensures the specific performance standards, set by Sales GM in such key areas as sales targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Stays in regular contact with the marketing function and corporate sales counterparts in other divisions to convert maximum advantage from this function for key accounts sales.
  • Maintains an awareness of company products and relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales roles are carried out as effectively as possible.
  • Investigate and capture expansion opportunities by proper monitoring of market changes and development of strategic relation with decision-making.
  • Facilitate and solve any pending issues to smooth future sales opportunity flow within the region.
  • Communicate with international Companies and build strong business relation with them.

 

Customer Relations

  • Builds relationships with key clients to generate enquiries / interest in fleet-purchases.
  • Resolves customer complaints/concerns in order to attain customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Consult customers about services provided to them to ensure having the ultimate utilization of our services to attain them in clients lists for future services.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with corporate clients and follows up for amicable resolutions on such accounts in cases of extraordinary complaints, service issues that may arise.

 

Reporting

Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to National Fleet & Sub-dealer Sales

Skills

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, business.

Minimum Experience

  • 3-10 years' experience in sales function of a reputed automobile dealer in the Region.
  • Experience in luxury car sales

Other requirement

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver results in time.
  • Excellent oral/written communication & Presentation skills.
  • Good in using Excel for reports purposes.
