Key Responsibilities:


Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensuresmooth daily operations.
Experience in managing HR operations acrossAPAC countries, with a understanding of regional labor laws.
Ensure HR policies and procedures areconsistently applied and compliant with local labor laws.
Drive employee engagement initiatives andretention strategies.
Review and manage payroll inputs and employeebenefits administration in collaboration with finance.
Resolve escalated HR matters promptly and inalignment with internal policies and labor laws.
Ensure full compliance with internal policieson leave, attendance, overtime, and reimbursements.
Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards forleadership review.
Drive the implementation of new HR tools andinitiatives annually to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Continuously contribute ideas to enhance HRoperations and support change management.
Design and lead employee engagement andcultural initiatives that promote inclusivity and team cohesion.
Handle disciplinary matters includingverbal/written warnings and terminations in compliance with local laws andinternal protocols.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g.,Zoho or similar platforms).
Working knowledge of Learning ManagementSystems (LMS) and experience in managing training records or e-learningplatforms.


RequirementsMaster’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
4+ years of progressive HR experience,including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR bestpractices.
Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.
Proven ability to manage a team and handleconfidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HRsoftware and MS Office tools.
