We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Maintenance Sales Engineer with experience in Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems. The role involves promoting annual maintenance contracts (AMC), identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting after-sales service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems to clients across various sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess existing systems and prepare suitable maintenance proposals.
- Coordinate with the service/technical team to ensure feasibility of proposed services and accurate pricing.
- Follow up with clients on submitted offers and convert inquiries into confirmed contracts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support including attending client meetings, handling complaints, and ensuring service satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all client communications, sales activities, and renewal schedules.
- Stay informed on local regulations and standards (e.g., NFPA, Civil Defense requirements).
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales of Fire Alarm and Firefighting maintenance services.
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems and AMC processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Valid Kuwait driving license (preferred).
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to Fire Protection (NFPA, KFD standards).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
