About the department
P2P GBS is the offshoring unit of Global P2P and part of Finance GBS Bangalore. The Digital team in P2P GBS is overall responsible for managing end user support for our Global P2P systems and other BI activities.
The position
As an Associate I, you will:
Handle travel and expense auditing and related reporting, supporting the front office in assigned affiliates.
Audit travel and expense reports in the Concur system for assigned affiliates.
Initiate and follow up with employees for any travel and expense policy infraction cases.
Maintain a quality standard of 100% in all activities.
Send monthly infraction reports on time with 100% quality and key actionable insights.
Serve as a backup when a team member is absent. Build good working relationships with stakeholders. Update and follow up on issue lists.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) with a good academic track record and grades.
1-2 years of experience in T&E audit.
Experience working with Travel and Expense systems, preferably Concur Expense.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Experience within the Travel and Expense function in a global company is preferred.
Flexibility, especially around the month-end.
A thorough and responsible approach to work. The ability to work well in a team.
The ability to remain calm in a hectic environment. Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
