
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as an Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their families by managing reception services, appointments, and billing processes while maintaining a patient-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage reception services, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer care and ensure adherence to SKMCA policies.
- Accurately register patient information, verify insurance, and manage documentation.
- Handle billing, collect payments, and process approvals for services.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up appointments.
- Operate the call center efficiently, managing appointment requests and referrals.
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety standards, and perform tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum with a Diploma in any discipline with work experience in Revenue Cycle Management
