General Summary:
Qualcomm OneIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including custom development, integrations, and data migration. They will be responsible for delivering complex and scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with client stakeholders, and ensuring quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience of Salesforce development focusing on Lightning framework, Apex, LWC and Visualforce
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable and secure solutions.
• Programming experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Strong knowledge of SOQL.
• Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and custom solutions.
Candidate should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with minimum 3 years in Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year of experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB, MySQL.
• Salesforce Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Admin Certification.
• Familiar with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration tools like Copado.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Support model.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools.
• Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
