Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, then design and implement technical solutions.
- Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce.
- Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications.
- Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols.
- Perform system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules).
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug code efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
