What You Will Do


  • Supervise and manage Kitchen team in line with FS core values and local standards.


  • Foster team spirit and strong interdepartmental cooperation.


  • Promote career development through training, feedback, coaching, and discipline.


  • Lead training activities in the Preparation Department.


  • Ensure high-quality food standards for taste, temperature, appearance, and portion sizes.


  • Comply with HACCP procedures, ensuring hygiene and sanitation in food preparation.


  • Assist Executive Sous Chef in menu creation and promotions.


  • Maintain excellent technical kitchen skills and lead culinary events.


  • Oversee food requisition, staff during setup, service, and breakdown of meal periods.


  • Verify taste, presentation, and quality of food prior to service.


  • Supervise production schedule, expedite orders, and manage kitchen equipment.


  • Control labor and food costs, ensuring training is ongoing for kitchen employees.


  • Perform storeroom inspections and ensure proper food rotation.


  • Monitor and control food costs with creative menu planning and waste reduction.


  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment and manage employee performance.


  • Attend meetings, including BEO and internal weekly meetings.


What You Will Bring


  • Strong leadership, creativity, and innovation in culinary operations.


  • Excellent cooking, organizational, and people-management skills.


  • Culinary diploma/degree preferred.


  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role within five-star hotels.


  • Fluent in English, with local market knowledge.
