Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design flows with the use of standard components, business processes
• Follows Standard Development Guide, conventions and other departmental standard guidelines and practises
• Documents the work done according to the agreed format/way
• Tests to make sure it works as designed and works with good performance
• Cooperate with Technical Team to achieve the highest quality
• Collaborates with Business Analyst to define the scope and meet customer needs
• Plans and meets the deadlines
• Manages time spent on building the project
• Follow the priority set by Intake Team Lead
• Escalates the scope changes to Business Analyst if that affects workload
• Escalates priority conflicts to Intake Team Lead
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and manager’s goals, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
• Behaviours and attitudes consistent with the values.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education
Key Experience:
Most important
• Good knowledge of at least one EDI standard : UN/EDIFACT or ANSI-X12,
• Knowledge of communication protocols: FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, AS2
• Very good communication skills in English
• Good Team player and being able to work independently
Fairly important
• Basic knowledge of XML, XPATH, CSV and positional flat files,
• Basic skills in SQL
• Ability to share knowledge and co-work in development projects,
• Attention to details
• Analytical skills
• Responsibility/ownershio
Least important
• Requirements: Jira
• Documentation: Confluence
Required Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coding
• Experience in software development testing
Behaviour Skill:
• Service minded and customer driven
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment to meet strict deadlines and compliance criteria defined by different teams
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
