
•Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
•Prepare reports on reservation activity and occupancy rates.
•Input and update reservation data through using property management systems (PMS).
•Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
•Upsell additional services like room upgrades, dining packages, or spa treatments.
•Support and resolve any issues related to cluster resources, such as handling guest complaints and finding solutions.
•Act as a point of contact for any inquiries with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
•Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
· Prior experience in hotel reservations, customer service is highly preferred.
· Willingness to help others and provide exceptional customer service.
· Ability to think critically and find proper solutions, especially in stressful situations.
· Accuracy and precision in handling reservations and guest information.
· Familiar with property management systems and other relevant software.
· Good understanding of hotel operations, room types, and services.
· Excellent communication skills in Kurdish, English and Arabic languages.
