We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Business Analyst.

Roles & Responsibilities:•    Experience of leading a team of 4-5 Business Analyst.•    Organize stakeholder touchpoints and meetings as required, provide metrics, and manage stakeholder expectations•    Ability to mentor, coach and guide BA team members without compromising on personal deliverables.•    Experience of Analysis planning for BA team •    Takes ownership, pride in delivered work•    Ensure full business engagement in the Agile & Kanban development process.•    Business requirements definition and gap analysis as an individual BA•    Good communication skills both written and verbal.
