The ambulance dispatch officer is directly responsible of coordinating and monitoring daily Ambulance duties in accordance to SEHA policies and procedures. Intensive knowledge of all SEHA facilities and services in order to respond to all patient transport requests.  and dispatch appropriate units, medical personals and resources and complete interfacility transport. Perform high communication skills to coordinate SEHA Ambulance operations.
