What is Product Experience Analyst?
As a Product Experience Analyst, you will be at the forefront of crafting and optimizing high-impact digital experiences for Pakistan’s largest homegrown, multi-vertical platform, SIMOSA. With over 21 million monthly active users across SIMCare, Lifestyle, and Social+, this role demands delivering user experiences that meet world-class design standards, tailored to the needs of a broad and rapidly growing user base.
You will play a key role in shaping industry-first initiatives across telecom, lifestyle, and social engagement, designing for a wide spectrum of user personas spanning various demographics, digital fluency levels, and device capabilities. From urban, Gen Z to users in remote towns, you’ll be solving for scale, inclusivity, and intuitive usability, all while contributing to SIMOSA’s ambitions of expanding into global markets and redefining what a digital platform can be.
What will Product Experience Analyst do?
1. User Journey Design & Optimization
- Map, evaluate, and enhance end-to-end user journeys across SIMOSA’s verticals.
- Identify friction points and optimize for task completion, clarity, and seamless interaction.
- Ensure experiences are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with user expectations.
2. Feature Discovery & Navigation Strategy
- Improve in-app navigation, information hierarchy, and feature accessibility.
- Align app structure with user mental models to reduce cognitive load and bounce rates.
- Drive discoverability of key features across SIMCare, Lifestyle, and Social+.
3. UX Design, Wireframing & Prototyping
- Design intuitive interfaces using wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Use tools like Figma to collaborate on user-centric experiences across platforms.
- Work on UI consistency while ensuring ease of use across screen sizes and personas.
4. Research-Driven UX Optimization
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral data.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design improvements.
- Continuously monitor app store reviews and in-app feedback to address user pain points.
5. Experience Intelligence & Performance Monitoring
- Track experience KPIs such as engagement, drop-off rates, app ratings, and feature usage.
- Apply funnel analysis and behavioral segmentation to prioritize UX enhancements.
- Validate improvements through A/B tests and iterative design cycles.
6. UX Writing & Content Design
- Craft clear, context-aware microcopy that enhances usability and reduces friction.
- Adapt content to suit varying user personas from digitally fluent users to first-time app users.
- Ensure tone, clarity, and guidance align with the user journey and platform goals.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Product Experience Analyst?
UX & Product Design Proficiency
- Strong foundation in scientific UX principles and human-centered design methodologies.
- Proficient in wireframing, interaction design, and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq etc.)
- Deep understanding of UI design fundamentals, usability heuristics, and digital accessibility.
Analytics & Research
- Hands-on experience with digital product analytics tools like Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel.
- Skilled in conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing.
- Ability to interpret behavioral data to identify issues and recommend experience improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Strong Story Telling and communication skills with the ability to present experience strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with product managers, and engineers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across complex product surfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Media Sciences, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Specialized certifications in UX design, analytics, or digital product strategy are an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Experience Analytics roles within digital or mobile-first environments.
- Proven track record of improving product journeys and user experiences using design and data.
- Exposure to large-scale or multi-audience platforms is a strong plus.
