About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead operations at our resort nestled in the Lebanese mountains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

•Manage budgets, resources, and staff efficiently.

•Maintain strong relationships with local partners and vendors.

•Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

•Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Pre-requisites:

•Language Skills: Proficient in English and French.

•Transportation: Must have a car for local travel and operational needs.

•Proven experience in hotel management with a focus on sales and operations.
