Job Description:


Job Title: Analytics Engineer Analytics Engineer to support Operations. This role involves Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, reports, and dashboards while Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful analytics and drive operational Efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Modeling & Visualization: ○ Design, develop, and launch complex data models, queries, reports, and Visualizations to support multiple supply chain use cases. ○ Build Tableau dashboards that represent key insights and enable data-driven Decision-making. ○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solution leads, and data scientists to identify and address business needs. 2. Data Pipeline Development: ○ Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across Systems. ○ Conduct unit tests and create database queries to identify and troubleshoot issues. ○ Enhance data frameworks and systems to facilitate efficient development and Deployment of data artifacts. 3. Collaboration & Best Practices: ○ Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data analytics and data governance. ○ Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. 4. Performance Optimization: ○ Ensure optimal performance of Tableau dashboards when querying and displaying large datasets. ○ Continuously optimize data models and pipelines to improve efficiency and scalability. Minimum Qualifications: ● 6+ years of experience developing and working with Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics. ● 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, ETL pipelines, data modeling, and at least One programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.). ● Expertise in querying and displaying large datasets, ensuring optimal workbook performance. ● Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical spe
