
We are looking for a Cost Controller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in cost analysis, budgeting, and inventory control, with a valid Article 18 (المادة 18) residency transferable in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily operational costs across FMCG production and distribution.
- Analyze cost structures and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysis for management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Review and validate supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments to maintain cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cost control role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Must have valid Article 18 (المادة 18) transferable residency in Kuwait.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
